What this website collects, why, and what you can do about it.

What this covers: This policy covers www.eaglebarcc.com and the account, shop, locker and email-list features on it. Tickets are sold through our ticketing partner, which handles checkout under its own privacy policy.
Your account: You sign in with your phone number, which we use to identify you and send sign-in codes. Your account also holds your name and email if you give them to us, your email and text-message preferences, your orders, and any locker codes assigned to you. Sign-in is handled by Clerk; your member and order records are kept in our Wix-based store.
Orders and payment: When you buy merchandise or a locker, we keep what you ordered, your contact details and, for shipped orders, your shipping address. Checkout and payment are processed by Wix. We never see or store your full card number.
Contact form and email list: Messages you send through the contact form, and the email address you give when you join our list, are stored in our Wix account. We use your email only to send you Eagle news and event announcements, and every email has an unsubscribe link. These forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to keep bots out; Turnstile checks your browser but is not used for advertising.
What stays on your device: The site saves a few small preferences in your browser so it works the way you left it: that you confirmed you are 21 or older, the state of your cart, and how you view the calendar. These never leave your device. We do not use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking on this site.
Embedded content: Some pages show a YouTube video or a Google Map. Those load from YouTube and Google, which may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.
Google Search Console: We use Google Search Console to see how people find this site in Google Search. It reports totals such as searches and clicks, not who you are.
Sharing: We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the services named above, to run the site, and when the law requires it.
Your choices: You can update your name, email and message preferences on your account page, and unsubscribe from emails at any time. To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email us.
