Bartender
Fast hands and a good read on the room, behind the busiest bar in the Coachella Valley leather scene.
- Pay
- $17–$20 an hour, plus pooled tips
- Hours
- Full or part time. Thursday to Sunday nights, and Sunday beer bust afternoons
- The job
- Pour, ring and close tabs on Square across a high-volume well and the patio bar. Keep the bar stocked, clean and ready for the next rush. Check IDs and serve responsibly. Know when someone has had enough.
- You
- At least a year behind a busy bar. Club or high-volume experience is a plus. Comfortable in a gay leather and kink space, and with every kind of guest in it. Available most Friday and Saturday nights. Closing runs to about 3 AM.
- Good to know
- Card tips are pooled by shift block and paid on your paycheck. You need a California RBS certificate within 60 days of hire. We help you get one.
